Wraps and bread are one of the first thing people give up when they are going low carb. Fortunately we don’t have to go without. Those who follow low carb diets can eat all sorts of sandwiches, including low carb wraps. This recipe will hopefully fill the void of not having those high carb wraps and breads they sell in the store. These wraps are very simple to make, just add lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and cheese or anything you want and you have a delicious meal.
4 eggs
5 Tbsp Coconut Milk
1 tsp butter
4 Tbsp Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 tsp xylitol or erythritol
¼ tsp salt
In one bowl mix eggs, coconut milk and butter.
In another bowl mix dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol and salt.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix well. Let the batter sit for a few minutes so the liquid soaks into the coconut flour.
Grease a skillet (frying pan). In a cool pan pour in the batter to make a thin circle.
Place pan on medium low heat and cook the batter until you see the edges brown and the top surface loses it sheen. (In the video I had the pan very hot and found my wrap was cooking to fast)
If the lifter cannot get under the wrap let it cook a little longer.
Add more grease to pan to make another wrap.
