Grilled Vegetable Kabobs is a quick and delicious side dish recipe that’s a summer classic. I want to thank my Sister in Law (Marian) for this recipe. It is amazing to add this Halloom Cheese, put it on the BBQ and it doesn’t melt all over your grill. I found at the Super Store in the specialty cheese section. It is up to you as to how many Kabobs you are making as to how many vegetables you need.
In this recipe I am making 3 Low Carb Kabobs.
1 Green Zucchini
1 Yellow Zucchini
6 Mushrooms
3/4 Red Pepper
Halloom Cheese (Herb & Garlic) or (Plain)
3 tsp. Herbamare Spice
4 tbls. Olive Oil
Cut all zucchini an inch thick, pepper into ¼’s, whole mushrooms, ¼ “ cheese.
Put all vegetables, cheese, olive oil and spice in a bowl, mix well.
Alternate vegetable and cheese on Shish Kabob Stick
Spray BBQ with pam, preheat BBQ medium heat.
Lay Kabobs on grill for 4 minutes each side.
Serve warm.
Makes 3 servings
