This Low Carb Tangy Glazed Chicken will have your taste buds dancing for more, beginning with the glaze that is full of fresh flavors. You will not regret trying this recipe! I found a recipe on line to make your own Apricot Jam without sugar.
4 Chicken Breasts
1/3 cup Reduced Sugar Smuckers Apricot Jam
¼ cup balsamic vinegar (I used Kirkland brand)
1 tbls Tamari (Soya Sauce)
¼ cup unsweetened orange juice
1 tbls erythritol
2 cloves of crushed garlic
½ tsp grated ginger
Sauce
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl set aside.
Cook chicken breasts 3 minutes each side. Add ingredients from the mixing bowl over the chicken.
Cook chicken for 15 minutes on each side.
Remove the chicken from the frying pan.
Let the sauce simmer for approximately 15 minutes until it thickens up.
Add the chicken into the sauce until ready to serve.
Servings: 4
Yield: 5 net carbs per serving
