We eat a lot of chicken in this household. So here is another recipe Low Carb Swiss Chicken to give you a variety in your meals. This Swiss Chicken has a creamy sauce combined with parmesan and swiss cheese. You could substitute the swiss for mozzarella, the flavor will still be amazing.
The amazing thing with this recipe is it’s so quick and easy to prepare and when you take that first bite you think you are at an expensive restaurant with a superb chief preparing our meal.

4 chicken breasts
¼ mayonnaise (Hellmans)
¼ sourcream
½ parmesean cheese
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
4 slices of swiss cheese
In a bowl; mix mayo, sourcream, parmesean, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Dry chicken breast with a paper towel
Place chicken in an oven ware dish
Place a slice of swiss cheese on each chicken breast
Spoon the mayo mixture on each chicken breast
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Parmesan on top of each chicken breast
Preheat oven 375 and bake for 1 hour
Makes 4 servings
