No Added Sugar, No Grains, Easy and Amazing Paleo Banana Bread
Lets take those super super ripe banana’s and make a Low Carb Sugarless Banana Loaf! I found this recipe on http://www.primallyinspired.com/no-sugar-no-grains-easy-and-amazing-banana-bread/ .
It is a very simple recipe, all you need is a fork or a mixer, mixing bowl, loaf pan and your ingredients. I can’t emphasize enough that you need almost rotten banana’s to make this loaf. The more ripe the more sugar in the banana’s.
Its pretty cool to think that there is no added sugar in this recipe.
So lets get started and make this delicious Low Carb Sugarless Banana Loaf.
4 very ripe bananas
1/3 cup of butter or coconut oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup of coconut flour ( this is the only kind of flour that works)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
OPTIONAL: Any kind of nuts or chocolate
Instructions
Preheat oven 350F
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Using parchment paper, grease your loaf pan with butter or coconut oil
Place a piece of parchment paper on the bottom of pan.
Pour batter into loaf pan bake for 45 to 60 minutes .
Makes 12 servings
Yield: 9.2 net carbs
