I am such a meat lover, there isn’t too much I don’t like when it comes to meat. This Low Carb Spicy Korean Pork is great served with cauliflower rice and a salad. I wasn’t planning on doing the recipe at this moment but when I was grocery shopping I saw that pork tenderloin was on special for $1.98 a pound.
That made it very easy for me to make up my mind on this recipe this week. I took all my skewers up to the trailer or I would have cut the meat into 1 inch cubes put them on the skewer and BBQ. But since I did not have them on hand, I cut them into 1 inch chops and there you are, just as good.
2 lbs pork tenderloin (cut into cubes for skewers or inch thick mini chops)
½ cup chili garlic sauce
¼ cup tamari (or soy sauce)
Fresh ginger 2 inch in diameter peeled and chopped
2 tbsp. sesame oil
3 tbsp brown sugar (ideal No Calorie Sweetener Brown
Marinade
Chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and brown sugar in a large bowl.
Add pork pieces to marinade cover and place in fridge for a few hours, overnight is even better.
