Don’t get me wrong I love all sorts of crackers but when you’re living the low carb way we are better off not eating them. This low carb pepperoni crisp is an excellent snack to have with a beer or a glass of wine.
I find that the Low Carb Pepperoni Crisps are crispy until you put them in the fridge but they are still delious. I also use Pillar’s Pepperoni but there are a variety to choose from in the grocery store. Just look at your carb count for the best one.
Tip: Refrigerate in sealed container
Bag of sliced Pepperoni
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F
1. Lay pepperoni slices in single layer on baking sheet and place in oven for 9 minutes.
2. Remove from oven and pat with paper towel to remove excess grease.
3. Put back in oven for 2-4 minutes.
4. Remove pat with paper towel to remove excess grease.
5. Serve with cheese or your favorite dip.
Yield: 10 pepperoni crisps are 1 net carb
