I believe that you can never have too many ways to enjoy pizza and this Low Carb Pepperoni Cheese Stick recipe backs that up. Zesty pepperoni and mozzarella cheese wrapped into a roll make for perfectly dippable finger food that you can’t resist. The great thing is, they are only 2 ingredients. Literally no dishes to clean up and they’re super quick to put together.
So you’ll probably want to make a double, triple batch just to make sure everyone gets their fill of pizza sticks. Because just like with traditional pizza, you’re pretty much guaranteed to want two or three pieces, minimum.
They’re amazing when dipped in marinara sauce

So lets get started and I will show you how to make them!!
6 Mozzarella Slice Cheese ( approx. 4″ square)
24 Pillars pepperoni slices
TOMATO SAUCE
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
dash of powered erythritol monk fruit
dash of oregano
Preheat oven 325F
On a cookie sheet place parchment paper or silicone mat.
Place your cheese slice on parchment paper and add 4 pepperoni slices
Place in oven or toaster oven at 325F and bake for approximately 10 minutes.
Keep an eye while they are cooking so they don’t burn.
What you want is to have the edges of the cheese turn a light brown.
Remove from the oven and if the cheese melts into the other slice of cheese, take a knife and separate them.
Let them cool enough to touch and roll them into individual rolls.
There you have it, delicious low carb pepperoni cheese sticks.

In a small dish add tomato sauce, sweetener and oregano, mix will and serve!
