Lately I have been craving peanut butter and I am always looking for simple special desserts since Christmas is around the corner! I was thinking these Low Carb Peanut Butter Blondies would be a special addition to my menu. But do you really even need an occasion to bake peanut butter blondies? No they are great and simple to make any time of year.

1/2 cup (130 grams) peanut butter natural
1/2 cup swerve brown sugar
1 cup (100gram) almond flour
1/2 cup (120gram) butter melted
2 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup (40g) lily’s chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Yield: 2.5 net carbs ( I did not calculate the Swerve in this calculation)
