Would you believe I have been making these Low Carb Parmesan Crisps for years and just assumed everyone has made them.
The other day I had a craving for something crispy and crunchy and the first thing that came to my mind was my Low Carb Parmesan Crisps.
Normally you wouldn’t think about melting cheese as a treat but when you melt them into crispy cracker your taking cheese to the next level.
I find when you bake them in the oven they are not as crispy as I would like. I find them very hard to bite into and they are rubbery. But when you take them out of the oven and get yourself the largest frying pan you have and place the crisps in the skillet and heat the crisps up until you see they change there color to more of a white color, flip them over and cook the other the side the same.
They come out amazingly crispy!
So lets get started and I will show you how to make them!!
