6 cups spinach
156 g canned maple leaf chicken flakes
1 green onion sliced
8 oz can water chestnuts
1 cup bean sprouts
1 large tomato
1 stalk celery
Dressing
3 tablespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 teaspoons sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon dried mustard
1 teaspoon erythritol
Break the chicken into pieces, drain, rinse and slice the water chestnuts and bean spouts.
Take a large salad bowl and add, spinach,chicken, onion, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, tomato and celery.
Gently Toss.
In a bowl or jar mix the soya sauce, rice vinegar,sesame oil and mustard, mix well.
Pour the dressing over the spinach salad, toss and mix well.
