This is a One Pot Low Carb Orange Ginger Chicken with a sticky sweet tangy bite which goes well with a side of steamed broccoli, but it’s also great with any other veggies your heart desires! Know need to marinate the chicken, It’s very easy to make this healthier orange ginger chicken dish and it takes about 30 minutes to prepare.
So lets get started and I will show you how to make it!
Sprinkle of Herbamare
2 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoon minced ginger
1/2 cup 100% Orange Juice
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Braggs Soya Sauce or Tamari
10 drops of liquide stevia
Sprinkle herbamare on one side of the chicken breasts place chicken in the cooking pot, add the garlic, ginger, orange juice, basil, lemon juice, soya sauce and liquid stevia in the pot.
Stir and mix the ingredients around the chicken.
Let the chicken and mixture get to a boil and turn down to a slow boil. Occasionally turn the chicken over in the pot. The more you do this the more the flavors will penetrate into the chicken and coat the outer side of the chicken.
You will find the sauce will reduce and become sticky on the chicken.
When the chicken is cooked remove from heat and serve!
