So lets get started and I will show you how to make it!
1 spaghetti squash cut in half
sprinkle of herbamare
1 1/4 cup 92 grams sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup 130 grams red peppers
3/4 cup or 100 grams chicken sausage
18 slices 60 grams pepperoni (I used Pillars)
1 cup 225 grams spaghetti sauce
60 grams 4 tablespoons black olives
1/2 cup 50 grams mozzarella cheese
Cut the squash length wise, Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and stringy flesh surrounding them.
Sprinkle the raw squash with herbamare spice or salt and pepper and spray avocado oil all over each half of squash.
You can use the oven to bake the squash but today I am baking them on my BBQ.
Pre heat BBQ 400 to 500 F, Place the squash upright on a tray that can handle the heat in the BBQ
Bake for approximately 45 minutes
While the squash is baking we will add our ingredients in a frying pan
Add, spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, peppers, pieces of sausage, pepperoni, cook until peppers and mushrooms are tender.
Once the squash is baked take a fork and shred the spaghetti until it is all stringy and leave in the shell, add the tomato sauce with all the peppers etc into each of the spaghetti halves.
Add the black olives on top and layer with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Close the lid on the BBQ and let the cheese melt. (10 minutes)
Remove from BBQ and you are ready to serve!
