I had asked my you tube followers what kind of recipes they would like me to put on my channel and site. I received a special request to make a Low Carb (Keto) Dressing.
Nothing like Turkey aroma floating through the house and everyone anticipating that great Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. For many years we would substitute our Dressing with cauliflower or mushrooms etc.
But now since I have found Diedre’s Kitchen Low Carb Bread, this Low Carb (Keto) Dressing is going to be the star at your Thanksgiving table. It’s full of traditional stuffing flavor without all the carbs. Now I can enjoy this Dressing smothered with gravy for my special meal.
Lets get started and I will show you how to make it!
1 loaf Oven Bake Diedre’s Kitchen Low Carb Bread
2 tbsp avocado oil ( or olive oil)
1/2 cup butter
4 stock celery 258 grams 2 cups
3/4 cup onion
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon poultry season
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
Bread Preparation
Slice your bread, I like using an electric knife to slice the bread into strips and then cut them into squares.
Using a food processor take a large handful of bread cubes and pulse them in so the cubes are broke down to smaller pieces. Repeat until all the bread is in a crumbly state.(If questioning view the video)
Instructions
