I didn’t squeeze a bunch of key limes for this pie. I didn’t add any sweetener to this pie. This is an easy Instant Low Carb Key Lime Pie recipe, it is truly one of the best fake key lime pies I’ve ever made. Maybe I shouldn’t call it a Key Lime Pie but it has an amazing flavor, after 1 bite, I guarantee you will agree. Only 5 ingredients required for the filling! In total, the key lime pie filling only takes a few minutes to mix together.

You just place in refrigerator to set and you are ready to go.

1 1/2 cup whipping cream
8 oz softened cream cheese
Zest of 2 Limes
2 tablespoon lime juice
10.3 gram box of No sugar Lime Jello
In a mixing bowl beat the whipping cream until the cream makes peaks.
In a separate bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Place the whipping cream in with the cream cheese mix well with a beater.
Add the zest of lime, lime juice and jello to the mixture and beat well.
Pour into my graham wafer crust recipe.
Refrigerate until set.
