A long with the warmer weather comes the aroma of outdoor grills firing up.Burgers are one of those outdoor foods and like so many classics, there are now many varieties from which to choose.
Gone are the days when they were mainly made from ground beef. You are just as likely to find burgers made of pork, turkey and chicken along with vegetarian versions also.
This week burger recipe is influenced by ingredients in the Indian Cupboard with flavors of curry, garlic and ginger.
Its a great change of pace from your standard burger you just need to add crispy cucumbers, tomatoes and use a delicious yogurt-based condiment called Raita along side one of my burger buns.
So lets get started and I will show you how to make them!

1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 clove minced garlic
