One thing for sure, “If you’ve ever wanting to make a Low Carb Creamy Garlic Dip or Dressing this is the recipe.” (In my eyes) I have managed to perfect, the best easy to make garlic dip. I don’t even know how to describe the sensation my palate receive when this Low Carb concoction enters my mouth. Tip: There is only one, I say One! Carb in a clove of garlic, it has numerous health benefits without mentioning the flavors it gives to you recipes. Enjoy!!
1 C Mayonnaise 0 carbs (Hellmans)
¼ tsp Stevia (can use other sweeteners, just need to add carbs to count)
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
4 cloves of Garlic crushed (more or less to desired taste)
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar (No Name Brand)
1 squirt of Anchovy Paste (approx. 1” long)
1/3 tsp lemon juice
Measure everything into a bowl, whisk it together. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
Give it some time in the fridge to give all the ingredients a chance to create that special flavor.
Servings: 18 tablespoons
Yield: 0.2 carbs
