I have been trying to learn more about the Keto Diet and I have a friend Lisa that has lost 60 pounds in the last year. She introduced me to Epicure which is aa company that sells a variety of healthier spices and great combinations to add to your main dishes.
There was one spice that I bought called CCB-FCB, I absolutely loved the flavor and really thought that I could reproduce . So on my mission I went to recreate the spice.
I am very happy with the results and have created a Low Carb Copy Cat CCB-FCB Epicure Spice Dip.
It is truly delicious and I hope you enjoy it as much as I am.
So lets get started and I will show you how to make it.
