Low Carb Chocolate Icing
We all have a sweet tooth; let’s top off the low carb chocolate cake with this delicious Low Carb Chocolate Icing. Whether you need a birthday cake or guests are coming for dinner or you are craving for some chocolate this is an easy tasty low carb icing to top that cake!
½ cup butter (soften)
¼ cup xylitol (powdered)
5 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbs coconut milk (room temperature)
1 tps vanilla
If using a mixer, blend butter until fluffy. Place xylitol in a food processor and process until turned into powder form. Add xylitol, cocoa to butter and stir with a spatula so it doesn’t fly out of bowl. Add coconut milk and vanilla, mix together. Ice that cake and enjoy!
I like to put all my ingredients in my food processor, blend and your icing is ready to spread. Your choice!
Yeild: 1 carb per 1/10 piece of cake.
