My husband took one bite of these Low Carb* Chicken Wings and could not put them down! They are simple to prepare minus refrigeration time, accompany with any kind of low carb sauce and your off and running.
Tip: If ever spraying Nonstick cooking spray, spray dish or pan in your dishwasher.
(It prevents overspray)
3 or 4 pounds of chicken wings
1 Tb Salt
1 Tb Baking Powder
1 Plastic bag that zeal’s (Ziploc)
Place chicken wings in plastic bag add salt and baking powder. Shake bag until all ingredients are covering the chicken wings. Place bag with wings in fridge for 8 to 18 hours (this gives the salt and baking powder time to absorb into the wings and helps make them crispy)
Remove wings from fridge place on a sprayed cookie sheet (Pam) or cover cookie sheet with foil. (easier cleanup)
Preheat oven to 450 F, Cooking time 25 minutes on middle rack of oven, turn over and cook another 15 to 20 minutes.
Yeild: 3 Carbs!!! The carbs are in the baking powder (1 carb per tsp)
