Ymmm, the sound of a BBQ Burger in the summer! With a bun yes a bun, when eating low carb it’s hard to imagine adding a low carb bun to that delicious burger. With 9 net carbs per bun compared to 33 net carbs for a regular Hamburg Bun we are on our way to keeping on track. I have not as of yet been able to make this bun rise but they don’t need to, I am very happy with the consistency I get with the final results. They remind me of those flat buns you buy at the grocery store.
