Chocolate is so good for you and that is one thing I love is chocolate! Here is a great recipe for Low Carb Brownie Bites! These brownies have crispy edges, rich chocolate flavor and way better then boxed brownies and so much healthier for you.
Lets get started and I will show you how to make it!
1/2 cup butter melted (113 grams)
2/3 cup powdered erythritrol and monkfruit (135 grams)
3 large eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup almond flour about (50 gram)
1/3 cup cocoa powder (35 grams)
1 tbsp gelatin (knox pouch)
½ teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, sugar-free optional (60 grams)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F
In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, sweetener, vanilla extract and eggs .
In a separate bowl add the almond flour , cocoa powder, gelatin, baking powder, and salt, mix until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Once mixed well stir in the chocolate chips.
Place silicone cups in muffin tin, scoop approximately a tablespoon into each muffin cup.
Place on middle rack, bake 18 to 20 minutes,if you want the center to be a bit wet bake for 15 minutes, check to see if the center still seems a tiny bit wet.
Remove and let cool on cooling rack.
