I love apple crisp and I am sure you do to. I wanted so badly to have a low carb version of apple crisp that actually tastes like the real thing. So I thought I would experiment with Opo Squash because it kind of has a texture of apples, and by adding the spices and sweetener you can be tricked to think it is the real thing. I found that the Opo Squash does not cook as quickly as the apple so maybe I should have cooked them in a pot separately before I put them in the baking dish with the apples. This recipe is delicious and I am sure you are really going to enjoy it.
Thanksgiving is just around the corner for our great neighbors The United States of America and I hope you are blessed and have family surround you on this special day to give thanks for everything you have been given by our Dear Lord.
