Low Carb Spare Ribs with my Low Carb BBQ Sauce
Baby Back, Baby Back, Baby Back Ribs and soooo good with my Low Carb BBQ Sauce. The meat just falls of the bone. The flavor is in the sauce, and the cooking secret is a slow-braising technique prior to grilling that will keep the meat juicy and tender. So are you ready?
Tip: You will need a lot of napkins.
Rack of Ribs (pork or beef)
Herbamare Zesty Spice (found in any grocery store or health food store)
¼ cup Low Carb BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 275 degrees, sprinkle spice on the meat side of ribs and brush Low Carb BBQ Sauce on entire surface of rack of ribs. Wrap rack tightly in aluminum foil, place on cookie sheet with the seam of the foil facing up. Bake for 2 to 2 ½ hour or until the meat on the ribs has pulled back from the bone.
Preheat your BBQ to 500 degrees, remove ribs from the foil (be careful not to burn yourself) brush on Low Carb BBQ Sauce on both sides of ribs. Grill them on the barbecue for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, reapply the sauce. Remove from grill and serve with extra sauce on the side.
Yield: Ribs without BBQ Sauce; 0 carbs
