Funny I do not like mushroom soup but love it with pork chops and other recipes. With our busy lives sometimes it is nice to make things simple and this recipe will do the trick and your family will love it. The combination is amazing.
4 pork chops or up to 6
Herbamare (sprinkle over all the chops)
1 can Campbell’s Mushroom Soup
Preheat oven 375 F
Place pork chops in ovenware, spread mushroom soup over each pork chop, cover. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes more. The sauce will thicken.
Makes 4 servings: 4.25 net carbs
If 6 servings: 2.8 net carbs
